Job Description

  • Rebuild, service, and diagnose heavy mobile equipment, primarily CAT machinery.
  • Disassemble and assemble Cat machinery such as Graders, Dozers, Medium Vehicles, and Pumps.
  • Servicing and diagnosing Cat machinery such as Graders, Dozers, Medium Vehicles, and Pumps.
  • Fault finding and maintaining Diesel & Hydraulic Systems.
  • Experience and product knowledge in Caterpillar heavy mobile mining equipment is preferred.

Requirements

  • Diesel fitting trade qualification.
  • A proven commitment to safety.
  • The ability to foster a teamwork atmosphere within your work group.
  • Previous experience with CAT machinery and diagnostic systems is desirable.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, demonstrating high levels of initiative.
  • Demonstrated prior experience working with heavy plant and equipment.
  • Forklift and dogging tickets are preferred but not essential.
