We're seeking a Disability Employment Specialist to help individuals with injuries, illnesses or disabilities become work-ready and find suitable employment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with job seekers to understand their skills and abilities
  • Source employment opportunities that match job seekers' needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Provide training and support services to increase job seekers' capacity for employment
  • Create personalized job plans to support job seekers' clear pathways to employment
  • Build partnerships with local employers and community organizations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
