About the Role

As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for overseeing detailed financial analysis and report preparation. Your expertise will enable senior management and boards to make informed decisions.

  • You will lead teams in producing high-quality reports and presentations that meet client expectations.
  • Direct interaction with clients is crucial, as you will identify opportunities for negotiation and deal structuring.
  • Performance management, mentoring, and training of junior staff members are key responsibilities to ensure career progression.
  • Business development and cultivation of long-term client relationships are essential for growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage teams in detailed financial analysis, report preparation, and presentation for senior management and boards.
  • Interact directly with senior management (C-suite) of clients to identify negotiation factors and deal structuring opportunities.
  • Perform performance management, mentoring, and training of junior staff members to ensure career progression.
  • Be responsible for business development and pursuit activities as well as cultivate long-term client relationships.
  • Develop and manage divisional strategic tasks.
Requirements
  • 6 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years in a dedicated Transaction Services role.
  • A background in another leading accounting or advisory firm or investment banking is beneficial.
  • Strong report writing, research, modelling, and financial analytical skills are essential.
  • Delivery and project management experience are necessary.
  • CA and/or CFA qualifications or similar are desirable.
  • Degree with an outstanding academic record from a leading university or business school in fields such as Accounting, Management, Commerce, Business, or Finance is required.
