Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Woolworths Supermarkets. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that meet the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastry products to meet customer demand
• Ensure all products are presented in a visually appealing manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

• Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
