At our organisation, we are currently looking for reliable and honest individuals to fill casual cleaning positions in Culburra Beach and surrounding suburbs.

As an employee of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a 7-day roster with early morning starts. We offer consistent casual work with potential to pick up extra hours and the possibility of becoming part of a growing team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for light commercial cleaning across office and warehouse spaces. Daily communication with management is required, as well as general cleaning duties such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cobweb removal and daily disinfection of hard surfaces and high-touch points.

Daily online reporting is also a requirement after each clean, which is completed using our online system for Management and clients to see.

">

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess prior experience in light commercial cleaning, and full training will be provided upon commencement.

">

Applicants will also require their own transport and drivers licence due to the nature of the work. Good time management and communication skills are essential in maintaining relationships with clients, as well as adhering to company WH&S policies to ensure a safe and productive workplace.

Additionally, applicants must hold a national police check and have two contactable references.

In return, successful applicants will be paid above award wages with all relevant entitlements in accordance with the Cleaning Services Award.

They will also be issued with a full cleaning kit with quality equipment and chemicals and restocked when required, given autonomy in their role and join a growing company with a great culture.
