Quality Control

  • Ensure adherence to quality management systems and quarantine procedures, maintaining a high level of quality and integrity.
  • Monitor for non-conformances and report issues to management, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Conduct cycle counts and stock-takes to maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring data reliability.

Team Leadership

  • Organize and supervise warehouse teams, providing leadership and support as needed.
  • Provide training and development opportunities, ensuring our employees have the skills and knowledge to succeed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years warehouse/production experience, with a strong understanding of logistics and inventory management.
  • SAP proficiency, with experience in pricing, product information, and inventory management.
  • Advanced computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent time management, customer service, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our employees.
  • Inventory management, safety compliance, and forklift license (preferred) experience.
  • Certificate IV in Transport & Logistics, with First Aid certification.
