About the Position

We seek a seasoned Appian solutions architect to lead our team in designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions. This involves defining best practices, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, guiding and mentoring developers, driving continuous improvement, troubleshooting issues, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and enforce architecture and development standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Guide and mentor developers
  • Drive process improvements
  • Troubleshoot technical issues
  • Conduct code reviews
  • Ensure quality delivery

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of software development experience
  • 4-5 years of experience in Appian
  • 1-2 years of leadership or senior developer experience
  • Strong foundation in J2EE, .NET, and RDBMS
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills
  • Appian Certification (Senior/Lead) preferred
