Retail Supervisor County Antrim

Job Description:

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

The role involves supporting the management team in day-to-day business activities, driving sales and delivering excellent customer service. You will also be involved in maximising profit by reducing shrinkage, damages, till errors and costs.

You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting the management team in day-to-day business activities.
  • Driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Maximising profit by reducing shrinkage, damages, till errors and costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will have supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.

They will have a good understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators, including sales, profit and service.

Candidates will be confident, resilient and ambitious with the ability to help others develop and improve their skills.

They will also be willing to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).
