Senior Financial Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Financial Specialist. As a key member of our financial services group, you will have the opportunity to work with clients on a daily basis, providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service, building strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Deliver high-quality advisory services aligned with best practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing change.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical skills and legislative knowledge, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage team workflow, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet targets.
  • Solve complex problems and prioritize tasks effectively, managing time and workflow to achieve goals.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and report on progress, communicating effectively through written and verbal means.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance.
  • CA/CPA qualification or progression towards.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant.
