Job Title: Skincare Business Development Professional

About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting premium medical skincare products, fostering strong connections with healthcare professionals, and driving growth and success in the Australian aesthetic market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote, educate, and create demand for Alastin products within your territory.
  • Develop and execute plans to boost sales and secure a larger market share.
  • Craft effective selling strategies and direct selling techniques to elevate product demand.
  • Coordinate training programs, conduct practice in-services and events for healthcare professionals, providing technical expertise about products and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in aesthetic sales or skincare industry.
  • Proven track record in goal setting, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional sales performance and leadership qualities.
  • Ability to learn, innovate, and challenge norms in the Australian skincare market.
  • Proficiency in software tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
