**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Director to lead our field-based operations across multiple states in Australia.

This challenging and rewarding role will require a strong leader who can drive the success of a team of dedicated field service engineers, ensuring efficient operations and fostering a culture of excellence.

As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising frontline field service employees, providing mentoring, support and training to deliver the long term strategy.

Key responsibilities include engaging, coaching and developing the group to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Supporting and holding the team accountable, driving development and culture
  • Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback to technicians
  • Manage resources for adequate coverage and customer needs
  • Maintain quality standards and documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
