We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison Specialist to join our team at SA Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive and integrated mental health services to consumers, their carers, and families.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement mental health care plans in collaboration with consumers, carers, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide clinical supervision to less experienced allied health professionals, allied health assistants, and students.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and service providers to ensure seamless care pathways.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance mental health services.
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work.
- Registration with the relevant professional association.
- Eligibility for registration as a Mental Health Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Current practicing certificate.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Mental Health practice.
- Highly effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
This is a permanent full-time position with the possibility of more than one position available. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a satisfactory Criminal History Check and meet the immunisation requirements for the role.
