About the Role

As a dynamic leader, you will spearhead our culture transformation journey at BOQ Group. You will modernise our listening strategy, integrating our culture narrative seamlessly into the Group's strategic transformation.

You will leverage external research and industry insights to ensure our culture change plans align with our target state culture. This role requires leading various culture change activation initiatives, including recognition programs, culture and engagement action planning, and code of conduct implementation.

You will provide support and expertise to prioritised culture transformation initiatives, such as leadership development, change management, and credit practices, ensuring our people practices are embedded in our target state culture.

Reporting to the Head of Leadership, you will collaborate with Group Communications, Business Partners, and colleagues across the People & Culture function to embed this narrative across all communication channels. Additionally, you will work with Group Technology to fully leverage our Microsoft partnership, including Microsoft Viva suite, to support culture change and generate insights.
