The role of an Engineering Manager involves overseeing the implementation and performance of engineering strategies. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will bring technical expertise, strong leadership, and strategic thinking to the role.

  • Embedding a positive safety culture across engineering operations.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • ">
  • Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.">
  • NSW Practising Certificate as Manager of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Underground Coal).">
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Management.">
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior engineering or leadership position within underground coal mining.">
  • A strong understanding of HSEC and statutory compliance requirements.">
  • Proven leadership capabilities and stakeholder engagement skills.">
  • Sound commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and engineering systems.">
