Designing Sustainable Solutions

We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to create high-performance, efficient, and sustainable mechanical systems for commercial, healthcare, education, and retail projects.

This role is based in Sydney, where you'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative design solutions that push industry standards forward.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and documenting mechanical services, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical ventilation, and other building services systems, guiding projects from concept through to construction.

  • Deliver Integrated Design Solutions
  • Conduct site inspections, coordinate with contractors during construction, and contribute to energy-efficient and sustainable design strategies
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, delivering tailored mechanical solutions that meet performance and regulatory requirements

About This Opportunity:

  • Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Experience: 4+ years of mechanical engineering experience within the Australian Building Services industry, with demonstrated expertise in delivering projects from early concept design through to construction completion
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical services design, load calculations, energy efficiency principles, and an in-depth understanding of relevant Australian codes and standards
  • Attributes: Excellent problem-solving skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative, proactive approach to project delivery
