Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic business decisions
  • Lead finance IT systems implementation for ANZ, ensuring seamless integration with existing ERP and EPM systems
  • Establish robust P&L analytics, providing insights into category, sub-category, channel, and retailer/customer performance
  • Collaborate with the controller team to ensure clear linkage between statutory and management reports
  • Continuously explore and implement IT solutions to automate and streamline core finance processes
  • Partner with commercial and operational teams to optimize working capital, focusing on inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Develop and maintain robust cash flow forecasts, aligned with corporate finance liquidity requirements
  • Support ANZ's established supply chain with financial strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a fast-paced industry such as consumer goods, FMCG, and retail
  • Experience in both well-established MNCs and start-up environments is preferred
  • Strong business acumen, combined with financial expertise
  • Proven track record of business partnering to drive growth plans, improve profitability, manage forecast, and risks & opportunities
  • Able to effectively partner with and/or challenge senior leadership
  • Able to handle multiple projects & priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent communication skills: able to analyze complex business & financial topics, simplify and drive action to multi-functional teams
