About the Role

We're looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices. As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart Logan Village, you'll work collaboratively with our centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs that achieve optimal outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Build meaningful relationships with families to ensure each child feels a strong sense of belonging and connection
  • Mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and contribute to the development of centre-wide policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to achieve optimal outcomes for children

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
