Job Title

Equipment Finance Specialist

Description

We are seeking an experienced finance specialist to join our team as a Commercial Strategist. This role involves converting referral applications for clients in a fast, efficient and accurate manner whilst maintaining elite customer service and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Speaking with customers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Reviewing credit applications for creditworthiness
  • Accurately assessing credit applications and determining the most appropriate lender for the client's needs
  • Selling finance products to clients within set regulatory guidelines
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times
  • Accessing lender systems to submit and update applications, upload supporting documents and check on application status
  • Contacting vendors to arrange invoices where required
  • Providing general advice to clients on insurance products they may qualify for
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 12+ months experience in commercial or asset finance

Qualifications & Certifications: A National Police Certificate which is satisfactory to the employer will be required by the company before the successful applicant can commence in this position, and is to be maintained by the employee
