Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative layouts, conduct thorough tests and conceptualize designs that meet the client's expectations
  • Translate workplace strategy into functional and engaging interior spaces
  • Specify finishes, fittings and furniture (FFE) for a cohesive look and feel
  • Present designs to clients and facilitate stakeholder sessions with confidence
  • Produce accurate drawings and documentation using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit
  • Collaborate closely with construction and procurement teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
  • 3–6+ years of experience in commercial interiors and workplace design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (or Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A strong portfolio showcasing commercial office projects and FFE expertise
  • Familiarity with building codes, national standards and Australian regulations
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-facing presence
