About the Role

We are seeking two experienced professionals to provide exceptional support to our teams across site. As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of business support functions, including site access, travel bookings, event support, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including arranging flights and personal protective equipment.
  • Manage the stock control of stationery, personal protective equipment, and office supplies.
  • Support the team with interstate or international travel arrangements.
  • Reconcile credit card statements and process invoices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering calls and transferring them to the relevant staff members or taking messages as needed.
  • Support with data integrity and cleaning processes.
  • Organize events on-site, including board visits, workshops, meetings, dinners, and social events.
  • Ensure the NPI building and meeting rooms are maintained in a tidy and presentable condition.
  • Develop and document processes to support shared learning and understanding across the team.
  • Provide administrative leave coverage and support to department administrators as required.
  • Train and coach teams and new starters on travel and accommodation booking procedures.
  • Assist with maintaining the Carrapateena SharePoint page.

About You:

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and business practices in a fast-paced environment. You will have a high level of competency in Microsoft Office, excellent time management and prioritization skills, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in delivering business support functions, including site access, travel booking, event support, and general administration.
  • Demonstrated experience in streamlining and improving processes.
  • A valid South Australian driver's license or equivalent, with the ability to drive a manual vehicle.
