This project is a prime opportunity to work on a landmark development and play a pivotal role in its successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage the on-site mechanical services operations, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met.
  2. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly and efficiently.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  6. Regularly report on project status to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Commercial HVAC Site Manager or similar role, preferably on large-scale commercial projects.
  2. Minimum 10 years' experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning.
  3. Highly motivated and committed with a strong work ethic.
  4. Trade or tertiary qualified.
  5. Strong project and site management coordination skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  8. Experience in commissioning or as a refrigeration technician.
  9. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  10. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
