Job Title

A seasoned Construction Manager is sought to spearhead a high-performing team, setting the tone and direction for delivery while ensuring clarity, tools, and guidance are in place.

The ideal candidate will have trade and tertiary qualifications in Construction or a related field, including a Commercial Builders Licence. They must also possess significant experience in construction leadership roles, preferably overseeing multiple projects and teams.

A successful Construction Manager will drive team performance, accountability, and project outcomes across quality, time, and budget. They will cultivate a positive culture focused on safety, quality, and delivery, aligning operational delivery with broader business goals. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with all legislative and regulatory frameworks and monitor project pipelines, resourcing, and risks.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, Supervisors, and Admins
  • Drive team performance and project outcomes
  • Cultivate a positive culture focused on safety, quality, and delivery
  • Align operational delivery with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with legislative frameworks
  • Monitor project pipelines and resourcing

Skillful candidates will have strong people leadership skills, commercial acumen, and a strategic mindset. Experience in modular construction is advantageous but not required.
