Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training packages that meet the needs of employees, focusing on developing necessary skills, knowledge, and values required by staff members.
  • Manage projects and associated activities, ensuring successful delivery and resource allocation.
  • Conduct and support activities including learning needs analysis, facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement monitoring.
  • Provide advice and assistance to inform the development of training, assessment, and associated resources.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders within organisational units, community, and educational entities.

You will work under direction, collaborating with the team to achieve outcomes in accordance with regulatory frameworks, professional standards, and organisational policies.

Essential Requirements
  • A high level of security clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience in training design and delivery is essential, with tertiary level qualifications and/or demonstrated appropriate level of knowledge, expertise, and currency in training and assessing, organisational and/or adult education.
