Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educators or Teachers to join our team at one of our 13 Education and Care Centres across the Local Government Area. As an Early Childhood Educator or Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children from birth to thirteen years of age.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and inclusive educational programs that promote learning and development in young children.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required by Council policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (e.g., Certificate III or Diploma) or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience working with young children and their families in an early childhood education and care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work across multiple sites and locations.
