Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll be passionate about delighting Telstra's customers through outstanding customer service. You'll achieve this by providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, empowering customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cutting-edge tech and gadgets, using this knowledge to support and provide solutions for customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, working collaboratively with the team to achieve this goal
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Work in a fast-paced, busy retail environment, spinning plates while providing excellent customer service
About You
- You're able to build connections with a variety of new and existing customers
- You can develop customised solutions for customers, using your knowledge and skills to empower them
- You're driven to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs, with a hunger to learn and grow within the role
- You have experience in a customer-facing role, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
