The Role: As the Store Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering and executing the brand vision, establishing a high-performance culture within your store, creating memorable experiences for our customers and achieving operational excellence.

As a business leader at Hype DC, you work collaboratively with your Area Manager to deliver a people-first culture within your store, maximize sales growth in the business you run, and accelerate your personal career growth in a leadership role.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a WORLD-CLASS team and create a MAGICAL VIBE within your store.
  • Drive financial sales goals and metrics by running a multimillion-dollar store.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering on the brand vision and strategy.
  • Create memorable experiences for our customers 100% of the time.
  • Develop a people-first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team.
  • Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results.
  • Select and onboard new team members.
  • Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to our consumer in-store through preparation of online orders.
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising excellence and ensure your store appears best-in-class.
  • Maintain a safe and fun environment for our customers and team.
