Randstad is partnering with a leading engineering organization to recruit a skilled Land Surveyor to enhance their 3D Mapping capabilities. This exciting opportunity is based in their Hobart office.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct point cloud scanning using the NavVis VLX system.
- Set up site control for point cloud scanning and BIM applications using GPS rover and/or Total Station.
- Perform Scan to BIM processes.
- Engage in construction verification and monitoring using point cloud technology.
This role offers a unique blend of technical challenges and innovative projects, allowing you to showcase and expand your expertise in 3D Mapping.
About YouAs an experienced Land Surveyor, you will bring your passion for point cloud scanning and analysis to this role, working closely with teams onsite to establish model-based processes. A Bachelor's Degree in Surveying and Spatial Sciences and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position are required. You should possess extensive technical knowledge in 3D Mapping and demonstrate strong verbal and writing skills.
