Mobile Lending Specialist
We are seeking an experienced lender to join our team in Perth. As a Mobile Banker, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong networks across the city, uncovering new opportunities in dynamic local communities.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated business development experience and networking skills, with a proven track record of success in relationship management and identifying new business relationships.

This is a fully flexible role with the ability to work remotely or within any of our Perth locations. You will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that supports each other every step of the way. With a dedicated and approachable leader, you will be empowered to succeed and encouraged to grow.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong networks across Perth.
  • Take initiative in generating leads across lending, insurance, wealth, and business banking.
  • Engage in meaningful, consultative conversations to truly understand and meet customer needs.
  • Deliver bespoke lending solutions with a focus on exceptional service and long-term relationships.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated business development experience and networking skills.
  • Home lending experience.
  • High-level sales skills with an exceptional member focus.
  • Previous success in relationship management and identifying new business relationships.
