Key Responsibilities- Develop and Inspire a High-Performance Team: Lead a team of 16 designers and guide them to deliver exceptional work, impacting the creativity and efficiency of the entire Womenswear design process.
- Strategic Product Development: Strategically build ranges that resonate with our target audience and achieve commercial success, driving sales and profitability.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including Buyers, DMMs, and the CMO, ensuring seamless product journey from concept to store shelves.
- Trend Identification and Implementation: Identify, interpret, and implement global trends and market insights to add value through design and sales, aligning with Kmart's brand handwriting and taste level.
- Strong Leadership and Design Experience: Proven experience in developing coordinated ranges, forecasting, and implementing commercial trends.
- Excellent Communication and Influencing Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and influence a diverse group of stakeholders, including designers, buyers, and senior management.
