About The Role


In this esteemed position, you will join our team as a Mathematics and Literacy Educator at our Toongabbie centre. You will be responsible for:



  • Teaching students using the Kip McGrath methodology, which focuses on delivering quality lesson plans with minimal planning and marking time.
  • Tutoring students in a positive, caring manner to promote self-esteem and self-worth.
  • Utilizing our state-of-the-art software to plan and conduct face-to-face lessons, saving you time on preparation.
  • Being available to commit to every scheduled class, ensuring a consistent and engaging learning experience.
  • Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with students and parents through your strong rapport-building skills.
  • Keeping accurate records online of students' progress and goals on a weekly basis.
  • Providing verbal and written feedback to parents, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Working up to 2-3 sessions per day, Monday to Friday, in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About You


To excel in this role, you will need:



  • A teaching degree or be in the final year of your studies.
  • A current Working with Children Check, ensuring a safe and secure learning environment.
  • A friendly, professional, and personable demeanor, essential for building strong relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment and independently, showcasing your adaptability and flexibility.
  • Demonstrate a positive, vibrant personality, reflecting our company's values and mission.
  • Confidence in utilizing software and computers, facilitating efficient lesson planning and delivery.
  • Genuine passion for learning and teaching, driving your commitment to excellence.
  • Reliable, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, ensuring seamless classroom management.
  • Ability and willingness to teach both face-to-face in our Toongabbie centre and online, as required by management, after completing the necessary training.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum
