We are seeking a highly skilled Career Counselor to join our team at Rehab Management Pty Ltd. As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for delivering assessments and counseling to individuals who have experienced a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.

You will work closely with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients. This includes identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, including doctors, employers, and insurance companies, to develop graduated return plans for clients. Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills will be essential in building relationships and driving successful outcomes.

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Provisional & General Psychologists)
  • Registration with AHPRA or ASORC
