Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver engaging and effective swim lessons that cater to individual needs
  • To operate daily swim school operations efficiently and effectively
  • To provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Swimming and Water Safety Teacher Qualification is essential for this role
  • A Teacher of Infants and Toddler Qualification is desirable but not required
  • A current First Aid and CPR Certificate is mandatory
  • A Working with Children Check is also required
  • Industry experience is highly valued in this role
Personal Attributes:
  • High-level communication and consultation skills are essential for success in this role
  • A commitment to ongoing training and professional development is expected
  • A passion for working with people and delivering excellent customer service is required
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Swim and Survive program and industry developments. They will be able to engage effectively with students, ensuring an outstanding program for all abilities, ages, and cultural needs.
