Role Overview:

We are seeking a Distribution Centre Manager to lead our operations at the Ipswich facility. This position is crucial in our mission to assist Australians in saving money every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a committed team, promoting a collaborative and positive workplace atmosphere.

Process Enhancement: Recognize areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost overall operational efficiency.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, track stock movements, and establish effective inventory control practices.

Candidate Profile:

Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a managerial capacity, showcasing effective leadership and team development.

Supply Chain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of distribution centre functions, logistics, and inventory management, preferably within the FMCG or retail sectors.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to assess complex scenarios and devise effective solutions.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Results Orientation: Demonstrated history of meeting operational goals and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
