The Role:
We're seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working professional who is keen to learn and grow to join our expanding Mining, Energy & Resources team. This team specializes in advising on mining, petroleum, and natural resources law.
Our Corporate team was ranked 6th in the Mergermarket M&A Rankings Report 2023 for the highest deal count in Australia. We've made a remarkable leap from 13th to 6th place for legal advisors in Australia and achieved a top 20 ranking for the highest deal count in the Asia-Pacific (excl. Japan).

We're looking for someone:
- A licensed lawyer;
- with 4-8 years' experience in Corporate law;
- who has expertise in the Mining and/or Energy & Resources sector;
- who wants a fantastic team culture; and
- with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
