About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to fill this critical role. As a Housing/Shelter Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents at Muncey Place. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct support to residents, including counseling and advocacy
  • Engaging with community resources and partners to enhance resident outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting requirements
  • Participating in cross-agency working groups and other collaborative initiatives
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in a related human service field
  • At least one year of recent experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
