About the Role

We are seeking a skilled E&I Technician to join our Operations & Maintenance team in the Defence sector. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing scheduled maintenance and service of fuel installation assets and equipment, as well as diagnostics and repair in a breakdown environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform scheduled maintenance and service of fuel installation assets and equipment.
  2. Diagnostics and repair in a breakdown environment of fuel related assets and equipment.
  3. Project work as required on the fuel installation and related assets and equipment.
  4. Support subcontracted work packages as required.
  5. Support various sites in Queensland's greater Northern region, with occasional requirement to travel to regional locations.
Requirements
  1. Cert III Instrumentation with relevant post-trade experience.
  2. Queensland Electrical Licence or recognised equivalent.
  3. CPR / LVR certification.
  4. Proven experience working in fixed plant maintenance, ideally fuel services or Oil & Gas.
  5. Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA) training required.
  6. Confined space and working at heights tickets will be highly regarded.
  7. Safety is at the forefront of everything you do.
  8. Currently hold, or ability to obtain appropriate Defence Security Clearance.
