Job Description:

This position entails performing various tasks related to cleaning industrial laundry plant and equipment, in addition to bin management duties across the factory premises.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Safety First: Prioritizing and adhering to safety protocols and guidelines is crucial while executing daily duties. Any concerns must be promptly reported.
  • Cleaning Operations: Execute thorough cleaning of industrial laundry plant and equipment according to established safety and hygiene standards.
  • Bin Management Services: Regularly empty bins throughout the factory premises, ensuring cleanliness and proper waste segregation & disposal. Effective communication with waste resource service providers is essential.
  • Task Ownership and Initiative: Demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, taking a proactive approach to identify and address cleaning and maintenance needs across all plant and equipment.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with maintenance and production teams to support overall facility operations, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Maintenance Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance requirements to relevant authorities.
Key Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in industrial cleaning or similar roles is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and addressing cleaning needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a cooperative attitude when working with other team members.
