Your New Role

As part of the PMO Team, the Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering infrastructure projects that enhance capability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Coordination: Engage with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
  2. Requirements Analysis: Define and document business requirements to ensure a clear understanding.
  3. Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans to realise business benefits.
  4. Benefits Realisation: Track and report business benefits throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Proposal Development: Prepare business proposals and feasibility studies.
  6. Process Design: Design and develop as-is and to-be business processes.
  7. Test Execution: Execute test plans and test cases, and develop user training plans.

About You

  • You are an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in IT Business Analysis and IT Project Management.
  • Prior to becoming an Analyst, you have held technical IT roles, where you have gained knowledge about complex IT concepts.
  • Have proven experience operating within an Agile Framework.
  • You have substantial experience delivering large IT infrastructure projects within enterprise-level organisations.
  • Interpersonally, you are a self-starter who can easily build rapport with your stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
