Regulated Parking Officer: Community Compliance Specialist

The RoleAs a Regulated Parking Officer, you will be part of our Local Laws and Parking team, responsible for providing efficient support in relation to community compliance, animal management, licensing, and investigation services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting proactive and reactive investigations into parking and other vehicle-related breaches of relevant Local Laws and State legislation.
- Collecting evidence, including taking photos and making notes, and analyzing information to substantiate decisions for appropriate enforcement action.
- Providing evidence in court as required.
- Issuing verbal and written warnings, formal notices, and penalty infringement notices for breaches of legislation and Council's Local Laws.
- Performing after-hours duties when required to support Compliance Branch activities.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current Queensland 'C' class Driver's Licence.
- Demonstrated experience in carrying out similar duties, with a strong understanding of Local Laws and State legislation.
This is a permanent, full-time role at Level 3, with a salary commencing at $77,104 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
