Senior Fund Accounting Business Analyst

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accounting Business Analyst to join their team in Sydney. As a key member of the business team, you will play a crucial role in delivering service provision to clients and supporting the business in delivering non-business as usual initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute non-business as usual initiatives, including projects, transitions, new product launches, and systems testing.
  • Lead in managing the offshoring process and successful integration with the Sydney teams.
  • Provide technical and project expertise to bring in outside BAU events successfully into the business environment.
  • Manage and complete management reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Specialize in systems, products, technical, and processes to act as a lead across the teams.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in fund accounting, unit pricing, and a good understanding of tax services.
  • Technical accounting ability, including knowledge of fund accounting, unit pricing, reporting, and tax and related operational risk and compliance requirements.
  • Systems experience: Hi-Portfolio, PControl unit pricing system, and MS Word & Excel.
  • Degree qualified in Business or Accounting.
  • CPA Qualified or post-degree systems qualifications preferred.
  • Understanding of the full service model of master custody.
  • Awareness of financial market securities and fund products for which you provide accounting services.
  • Ability to provide pragmatic and commercial solutions in problem-solving.
