Job Title: Technology Services Manager

A key leadership role in shaping the future of audio technology. As the Technology Services Manager, you'll oversee a dedicated team in delivering exceptional services that support the performance and productivity of all staff across the state.

About the Role
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Sydney technology team, ensuring smooth delivery of services by actively collaborating with internal stakeholders, functional teams, and senior leaders.
  • Provide strategic insight and guidance on technical issues that impact business performance, and contribute to broader discussions.
  • Develop and recommend improvements to specialised audio and visual systems, working closely with senior leaders and local teams to enhance technical capability and support business goals.
About You
  • A relevant qualification in Electronic Engineering; or Information Technology.
  • 5 years' experience in contemporary radio, TV or recording studios; or Information Technology infrastructure, operating systems and applications.
  • Proven experience in a technology management role.
  • An understanding of ITIL service support and delivery management.
