Job Requirements
We're seeking a skilled Surface Finishing Expert to join our facilities maintenance team. In this role, you'll work under the Facilities Shift Supervisor to coordinate tasks, activities, supplies, and equipment for painters. Your responsibilities will include preparing and applying paint, selecting premixed paints or mixing custom colors, erecting scaffolding, maintaining tools and equipment, and interacting with internal departments to coordinate workflow.
Qualifications
To be considered, applicants must have a high school diploma or technical certificate, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in specialty coatings and 1 year in casino operations. A strong understanding of painting techniques, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential. The selected candidate will also undergo background checks and obtain gaming licensure.
