  • Scripted Presentation: Follow our fully scripted presentation designed to convert appointments into policies, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Tailored Solutions: Offer tailored life insurance solutions (including mortgage protection, final expense, etc.) that meet the unique needs of clients.
  • e-Applications: Submit e-applications and follow up on pending business in a timely and efficient manner.
  • CRM Activity: Maintain CRM activity and client communication, building strong relationships and driving growth.
  • Ongoing Training: Plug into ongoing training, leadership calls, and team meetings to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run virtual consultations with leads who are actively seeking insurance information.
  • Follow our fully scripted presentation designed to convert appointments into policies.
  • Offer tailored life insurance solutions (including mortgage protection, final expense, etc.).
  • Submit e-applications and follow up on pending business.
  • Maintain CRM activity and client communication.
  • Plug into ongoing training, leadership calls, and team meetings.

Requirements:

  • Licenses & Certifications: Active life insurance license required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communicator who can follow a script with confidence.
  • Personal Qualities: Goal-driven, coachable, and accountable in a remote work environment.
  • Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and CRMs.

Compensation:

  • Commission-Based: Commission-only with uncapped earnings.
  • Average Earnings: Average agents earn $120,000+ annually.
