- Gynaecology and Obstetrics Specialist Consultant Required
Description:
This locum cover position is available for a period of time, and we are seeking a specialist consultant in gynaecology and obstetrics to fill the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical care to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective patient care
- Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner and relevant experience in gynaecology and obstetrics.
Work Environment:
This position is based at a public district hospital in New South Wales, approximately 2.5 hours from Sydney and 1 hour from Canberra.
The hospital offers a range of services, including intensive care, surgical, high dependency/coronary care, paediatrics, psychiatric unit, renal, obstetric, and rehabilitation units.
Location Information:
The nearest airport is 90 km from the hospital, and the town has a population of 23,000, offering a great work/life balance.
