This role is a critical part of our team and will cover parental leave for 12 months only. As an added benefit, we offer flexible working arrangements.

About the Position

This role involves providing injury prevention and return to work services to our customers, supporting them to return to work with their pre-injury employer.

  • We strive to drive support for injured workers to remain at work through early intervention strategies.
  • We assist national employers with injury management processes, ensuring compliance across multiple states and jurisdictions.
  • We undertake post-triage activities, including coordinating medical appointments, communicating with stakeholders, and developing return-to-work plans.
  • We process claims, complete forms, submit certificates, and calculate PIAWE figures.
  • We facilitate worksite meetings or Case Conferences to assess the injured individual's capabilities and develop a return-to-work plan.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • You should have experience in Return to Work Case Management, WorkCover front-end management, or Occupational Rehabilitation.
  • You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong customer service focus is crucial.
  • You need to be able to prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively.
  • You should own and maintain a reliable, comprehensively insured motor vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
