  • Prepare forecast reports and roster staff accordingly.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager and Sommelier in purchasing, stock control, and management.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are updated and followed.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational, and empowering approach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within high-end dining operations.
  • Strong service skills, with confidence in all aspects of service.
  • Strong ability to lead a team and assist with management and guidance of staff.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • A true love and passion for food, beverage, and creating genuine memorable guest experiences.
