Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fire Industry leader to oversee the day-to-day activities and customer relationship management of a team of technicians. This role will entail operations, contracts, and account management.

About this Role

This is a hands-on position that requires leadership skills, operational excellence, and customer account management. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience, people management skills, and technical subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technicians to achieve operational KPIs

  • Drive operational excellence and improve efficiency

  • Manage customer relationships and business development

  • Support asset management and reporting

  • Approve time sheets, purchase orders, and change orders

  • Manage sub-contractors and prepare quotes

  • Develop and train technicians

Requirements

  • Relevant industry fire trade license and five (5) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • People management experience and proven management skills

  • Strong technical subject matter expertise and customer orientation

  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills
