We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with Theatre experience to join our team at HealthX. As a Registered Nurse, you will be employed by HealthX and seconded to work for one of our partners - a leading hospital or health service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a Theatre setting
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
- Current AHPRA registration
- Theatre experience required (minimum of 24 months at Registered Nurse RN level)
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritise work load
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience providing clinical, patient centred-care
- A thirst for new adventures
- Experience or background in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health would be well regarded but is not required
