Job Title: Centre Operations Manager

The company is seeking an experienced leader to manage its contact centre operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a team and drive business results.

This role involves managing a small team of customer-facing staff, ensuring that they provide excellent service to customers. The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Daily Duties:

  • Lead team meetings and educate on best practices
  • Provide consultation advice where necessary
  • Manage customer contact to maintain impeccable service levels
  • Manage human resources issues for the contact centre
  • Manage training, development, KPI's and career progression for all staff
  • Monitor sales and service levels
  • Manage P&L

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running a contact centre
  • Proven success exceeding targets and KPI's
  • Experience running the P&L for the contact centre
  • HR experience with training, career progression and employee relation issues
  • Fraud awareness
  • Experience in recruiting and onboarding call centre staff
