About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at DuluxGroup. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our industrial equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs utilizing MEX software
  • Generate work orders and allocate tasks to maintenance staff or subcontractors
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruptions to operations
  • Maintain precise records of maintenance activities and assess equipment performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Identify, assess, prioritize, and control risks to health & safety
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and processes, with technical know-how
  • Manufacturing process knowledge and maintenance planning experience
  • MEX software and Microsoft Excel experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound project management skills
